Flint Garden Design seeks to provide design solutions that are thoughtful and sustainable, that meet your needs, and are sensitive to the site and its environs.
A range of services are offered according to your requirements and budget. This could be the redesign of the planting for one border or the full redesign of an extensive space including hard landscaping.

About
Flint Garden Design was set up by Lucy Flint in early 2023 and operates throughout central Scotland. Lucy is a qualified garden designer with a HND in Garden Design (Distinction) from SRUC in Edinburgh. She is also a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden and Landscape Designers.
Lucy also has a BA Hons in Modern History from The Queen’s College, Oxford, and a Masters in Land Economy (Distinction) from the Univerity of Aberdeen. She qualified and worked as a surveryor in commerical property before raising her family then following a life long passion for plants and design to retrain as a garden designer.
Lucy has received a number of awards, these include the Chesterton Prize for best student on her course at Aberdeen, and the prize for best student in both years at SRUC. She also received ‘Best in Show 2024’ for her SRUC show garden.
